This licence explains what you may do with the template. ------------------------------------------------------------ WEBSITE LICENCE ($200 CAD per website) ------------------------------------------------------------ Each licence covers ONE website for ONE business, food brand or content creator, on one domain. Your receipt shows how many licences you bought. You MAY: - Use the template to build one website per licence. - Change anything: text, colours, fonts, images, recipes, layout and code. - Hire a developer to make changes for you, including adding your own recipes and countries. - If you are a designer or freelancer, build a client's website with one licence per client website, and charge your client for your work. You may NOT: - Use one licence for more than one business or website. - Resell, share, give away or redistribute the template, the editor or their files, whether changed or unchanged, including as part of another template, theme, website builder or marketplace. - Claim the template design as your own original work for resale. ------------------------------------------------------------ GENERAL ------------------------------------------------------------ - Ownership and copyright: The template, its design, code, 3D scenes, editor and documentation are copyright (c) 2026 The Food Aisle. You are buying a licence to use them, as described above, not the copyright itself. - Footer credit: The template shows a small "Website template by The Food Aisle" link. You may switch it off in the editor (Site basics) at no cost. - Content: The site name, sample recipes, dish descriptions, country introductions and stories are sample content you may keep, edit or replace. You are responsible for what you publish, including the accuracy of recipes, cooking instructions, allergen and diet labels. Check every recipe and allergen line against your own ingredients. - Map: Country borders come from Natural Earth (public domain) via the world-atlas package (ISC licence). Some borders are disputed; the map shows Natural Earth's lines and does not take a position on any dispute. - Visitor data: Passport stamps and saved recipes are stored only in each visitor's own browser. The template does not collect or send personal data. - Third-party parts: The 3D graphics use the three.js library (MIT licence), loaded from a public CDN. Fonts come from Google Fonts (SIL Open Font Licence). Both are free to use commercially. - No warranty: The template is provided as is. We test it on current desktop and mobile browsers, but cannot guarantee it works on every device. - Refunds: Because this is a digital download, sales are final once the file has been downloaded, unless the file is faulty and we cannot fix it.
