Deconstructed floral centerpiece

I love putting fresh flowers on the table. It's so easy to pick up a bouquet on the way to the check-out lane at the grocery store and arrange them in a vase at home.

Setting out a 'deconstructed' arrangement is just as easy, but takes a few extra minutes. Split up your flower bunch and arrange it down the table. Use whatever vases you have, even if they aren't the same size or height.

Here, I used short cordial glasses and tall, skinny vases to create a straight line of alternating heights to display a dozen spray roses for the buffet table at our housewarming cookout.
