Jalapeno-mint lamb chops

The same sauce recipe made our glaze (right) and the drizzle for our cooked chops (left).Oh, these were good. These jalapeno-mint lamb chops were one of our best creations yet using our CSA meat. The jalapeno-mint sauce was tangy and sweet and used as both a glaze for the chops on the grill and for drizzling on the plate. We added a little bit of chopped mint leaves as garnish for the sauce we put on the table. It was so good we put it on our roasted potatoes, too.
